“Wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately it was cold and we had a lot of rain. Luckily, reception had some extra blankets sent. Very helpful people!”

“Wonderful staff who gave a warm greeting. Comfort rooms are well equipped but look a little tired. Half board deal excellent value for money - great food & once again super service.”

“Getting to the hotel was easy and parking was convenient. It was low season in April so they upgraded me to a room with an ocean view so that was a nice treat. Rooms were clean and roomy with a gorgeous view. Service was friendly. They have a sauna with hot tub that closes at 8 so I went toward the end and it wasn't staffed at all. So I had to find my own towels and navigate to the lockers and use their services in a vacuum but it was fine. It was actually nice to be there, sipping my cucumber……

Location is perfect to walk into the old town and explore. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“Our car broke down so we had to make last minute reservation at this hotel. At arrival Dina and Alex made us feel very welcome and made a bad day good again. We made a lot of jokes and then we walked to our room. Besid the stained curtains first impression was okay. I showered first but when my friend wanted to shower there was no hot water, witch was very unpleasant after a day like this. We went to the bar for a drink and a grumpy men served us our drinks but when I tried to order a second he……

“Hübsch renoviertes Hotel, sehr zentral, mit der Möglichkeit im Schwesterhotel Esplanade den Pool und Spa mitzubenützen. Das sollte man unbedingt tun, denn der Strand ist sehr voll, laut und leider nicht sauber. Trotz Mülleimern liegen überall Zigarettenstummel und jeglicher anderer Verpackungsmüll. Das war der einzige Wermutstropfen an diesem Kurzaufenthalt im belebten Crikvenica. ”

“Apartment was nice but some updates required on towels, bedding, bedroom lamps, shower shelf, better bathroom lighting. Most of these upgrades could be done for low cost and make this a 5 star property.”

“Es erinnert mehr an Camping als an ein Hotel und sollte dementsprechend eingestuft, angeboten und viel billiger sein. Sehr schöne Umgebung, aber mit dem Auto schwer zu erreichen. Zimmer veraltet, kein AC, TV, WLAN. Keine Ablage und verschiedene Probleme mit den Duschen. Auch keine Reinigung. Personal in der Rezeption sehr nett, aber mit all den Problemen und Erwartungen der Kunden überfordert. Wie gesagt: wenn man mit der Idee eines Camping Urlaubs (und niedrigeren Preisen) ankpmmen würde, dann……
