“This hotel is so unique. It’s a place to stay if you are interested in Spanish history and would like to stay somewhere that honors the past. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the pazo’s history both of the family that owned it and general history of the area. There are quite alot of cats and a few dogs around so it may not be the place for you if you aren’t keen on animals.”

“The hostel is located in the border area of Sarria, the attitude of staffs in the hotel are a little bit detached. We think the hostel is just ok, but Restaurante O Descanso near the hostel is very good.”

“This property is along the Camino Frances trail. It is 2 blocks to the 62 steps in Sarria. Dining options were plentiful within a block. We stayed for one night and it was comfortable and reasonable. ”
