“Our stay was just perfect! We chose the location based on being close-ish to family in northern Westchester and friends in the city and it was perfect. Maria is an excellent host and super attentive and helpful when needed. The apartment was the perfect size for our family and super cozy after a long day. We'd definitely stay again!”

“Highland falls is a dump. WE WERE LOCKED OUT AFTER 1day of a 2 day stay. Very FEW window coverings and no black out in bedroom. You’ll be up at dawn. WIFI is TERRIBLE!!! Dealing with the owner/property management company was a HASSLE. First, you cannot pay through VRBO. The property manager sent me links to pay that did not work and wasted 4 hours of my time just trying to get payment to their platform. Then after requesting a late check out at the time of booking, I heard “maybe”, 3 times and……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and had nice small touches such as labels on most everything so you can understand how it works. The only thing that would have made it better was a fully fenced yard so as long as you remember to bring leashes. We will definitely stay here again, ”

“Space was excellent, the multiple bedrooms with the extra bathroom was great. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, bathrooms were clean, living space was comfortable and cozy.”

“The house did not disappoint. It was beautiful Great view of lake across the street from the deck. Lots of light from the many windows. Bedrooms were comfortable. Only wish is that they had a king bed in the master bedroom and window blinds in upstairs bath. Other wise, the kitchen was very well stocked and everything was very comfortable. Game room was a very nice surprise with a shuffleboard table, foosball table and Xbox machine plus lots of board games. Would definitely stay here……

“After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is……

“Visiting West Point for ring weekend. Location was great and the reason we chose the place. Property itself could really use some TLC, but it met our needs. Communication with the owner was good and gaining access to the property was straightforward. Would consider staying here again just based on the close proximity to West Point.”
