“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day”

“Beautiful area but my stay was not what we anticipated! #1 Our room was ground level water dripped in us as we entered and exited room. Saw mold above room which worried me due to my husbands chronic asthma. ”

“Amenities were solid. Rooms were okay, bathrooms were pretty small. Restaurant attached to hotel was awesome - super convenient. ”

“We were able to find parking miraculously, but we arrived early. The room was really nice and clean and quiet enough. However the neighborhood, walking to find a place to eat, was so gross with garbage on the ground. I wanted to clean off my shoes. Unless you can afford old town prices, there are compromises. ”
