“Unfortunately, the shuttle was not available when we needed to leave for our flight (needed to leave by 5:30am). I encourage the property to consider the outgoing flights and offer an earlier shuttle as there were many people leaving prior to shuttle availability. ”

“Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”
