“The pool is closed by 10 but the person responsible for it closed it at 9:45 and would not let me out. His name is Adele. When asked him to open the door he started throwing chairs around angrily. The same person later intimidated my son at the pool. Don’t know whether it is a coincidence or not. Other people at lobby was attentive. The pool is too small for the size of the hotel and people from nearby buildings also use the pool. I stayed for 10 days but used the pool only once. Parking is……

“Staff was very professional and courteous. Problem in first room shower head and lines were leaking badly. Black mold was running down the wall of shower and door was badly damaged and stain with mold. Didn't notice the condition until I went to use the shower the next day. I have health issues with mold and fungus and got an eye infection later the second day that I attribute to the presence of mold. They moved us to another room that was much better on the fourth floor and it was……

“Our lamp shade was very dirty. The lamp was rusted. The hot water didn't work at the sink. The bathroom door would not close shut.”

“The office staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the view we had from our 1st floor room. It was quiet at night and the property was well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient.”

“Very convenient to shopping and restaurants and beach… Good safe parking… helpful staff…But the bathrooms and the toilets had visible scum rings and needed to be scrubbed and there was very visible dirt and dust all over the floor baseboards…Just needs more TLC… We have stayed at this location at least four times in the years past and the cleaning seems to be neglected lately”

“The hotel was nice very clean. Staff were very nice and very helpful. The restaurant was nice however they don’t open until 11:00am. All the restaurants around the hotel don’t open until 11:00am. So breakfast requires a car drive. Pool was nice however you must bring your own towel. They sale beach towel across the street for $6. Beach access was easy to get too. Will come again”

“The home was located in a nice peaceful neighborhood. It was close to many stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the home was very nice, all amenities provided were greatly appreciated and better than expected. I would love to rent this property again if it's available when we come back to Myrtle Beach.”
