On arrival I was told it was double booked I would like my money back because we was not able to check into the room the host did not let us because they made a double booking which left us stranded in Liverpool with no wear to stay we was 4 hours from home and was worried and scared we didn’t know wear to go

Night Out

Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything near by such as restaurants and pubs etc. Called the night before to arrange pick up if keys. Proved to be difficult and when got through they didn't know I had booked the apartment. They tried to charge me extra for cleaning fee even though I had already paid for it. On day of arrival took ages to get in touch with them but was very accommodating when got there and apologised.
