My room was booked incorrectly for 6 people when it was meant to be for 7 people and I was ensured it was for 7 people. I got to the apartments after driving two hours for staff to be rude and tell me ‘tough’ when I explained I have drove 2 hours to get here and the apartment was only for 6 people then demanded I paid £90 extra for an apartment which was actually a cheaper and smaller apartment I originally booked. I originally booked the most expensive apartments they have and I ended up staying in the cheapest and paying extra! I paid this as I had no choice after driving 2 hours with nowhere to stay. The apartments were also filthy can tell they are not cleaned properly at all! I will never ever stay here again it was the worst experience and the fact the staff was so unprofessional about it and was overly rude. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the general manager. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me.
