“When my friend and I got there the man at the desk claimed he only had a king for us (although I already booked two queens) but I got him to admit he had the room He said the tv was broken but it wasn't he probably just wanted more money out of us Also had to give a one hundred dollar deposit "in case we broke something" hopefully I'll get that back within the 48 hours he said I would”

“Close to town, reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable.”

“We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding in Skaneateles and it worked out perfectly. The owners were very nice and you could tell they do want people to enjoy their stay in the area. Our room did get a little hot in the evening and I wish the pillows and beds were a bit more comfortable. The shower handle was a bit hard to get adjusted to a comfortable temperature. There is easy access to a small shopping mall area nearby for more chain-type restaurants but also be sure to check……

“Very clean very comfortable fair priced”

“Rented 3 rooms, Met the owner, very nice. room was clean but very dated. Bathroom and showers are very small, unfortunately room 8 blasted the TV through the very thin walls. Thought havving the AC continously running would overwhelm it but had to bang on the wall at 4am to get some peace and sleep. Definitely overpriced, hopefully the owner will read this and implement some much needed improvements.”
