The bed was fairly comfortable but if you’re short, you may have to get a stool to stand on so you can climb in as it is very high off the floor. Other guests were extremely load until the early hours of the morning (4am). Although the amenities were good, the mini fridge needed to be defrosted and there was no coffee maker. Due to the noise disturbances alone, I would not stay there again.

The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area ..

Very clean & comfortable. Needs meet. But they need to check to make sure everything is working before you settle in & then have to repack & move to a different room.We have enjoyed staying here for several years now. Not fancy but very nice!

Very Comfy bed and well equipped room. However, even thought is a "no smoky" room when you step inside the room, the smell of cigarettes invades you, the smell is so impregnated that it never dissipates. Likewise, the pillows had a strange smell, like Arm Pit. I recommend that they seriously improve the cleaning.

The beds were comfortable. Everything else was stretching to get 2 stars. Headboards had residue from previous guests, breakfast was minimal, overall appearance outside was run down, room remodel was poorly done, most other guests were quiet but several lived on the property and smoked in cars and outside rooms. Sketchy!

The room was clean and smelled nice. The property did get fresh paint and fixtures in the room but overall from the outside it isn't the prettiest. My wife when pulling up was oh boy, what did you bring me to? But in the room we were pleasantly surprised. Coffee and breakfast were good.

The room smelled terribly along with the towels, it made your eyes water. The shower had a broken shower head with mold all over the shower ceiling area. Only thing positive was the bed was decently comfortable, and the staff allowed me to check in early due to heading to concert and arriving back to the hotel later in the evening. I would only stay here for an overnight or if passing through the Syracuse area.
