Rooms are not in good shape and should be updated! Hole in ceiling was replastered and looks terrible! Door hard to open and close and they don’t move anything to dust. I has all my bedding replaced because o blood stain on the sheets! It didn’t look like they changed the linen after the last tenant left! Hairs were probably a give away! I wish I read prior reviews before I booked the place! I checked out a day early and they didn’t offer a refund for the remaining day.

There was a lot of dust and the bathroom looked like it was slapped together. When I took a shower the shower curtain had no plastic and would let water go onto the floor. Found broken tiles and stains on the comforter. The door have massive gaps in the frame and I felt like a good push would let it open up.

The hotel did not allow us to have extra pillows. The ones we had were tiny and uncomfortable. There were holes in the wall from the door hitting it and there was a hole in the tub. There was a sink in the kitchenette that did not drain and the power plug did not work.

Our first room smelled like somebody smoked an entire carton of cigarettes inside of it an hour before we checked in. We were given a new room with only a scant stale cigarette smell and when my husband went to the bathroom he was greeted by the resident mouse running around the walls of the bathroom. After that experience, we promptly turned in our keycard approximately 1 hr after checking in. I’m currently waiting on a response from the hotel, I really hope they will offer a refund. We ended up driving back to buffalo at one in the morning. The rooms are “taped” together. There is no molding filled in between drywall pieces. I wasn’t expecting the rooms to be great, given the price. I would expect the rooms to be rodent free. We will not be back.
