"The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. I asked for a noon check out and it was granted. But upon check out day housekeeping knocked on the door at 12am on the dot. I was unhappy about that."

"No refund so we where forced to stay, wasnt expecting alot but they had no hot water and since i couldnt get a refund we just stayed"

"Well where do we start? The staff was nice. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The bad part was the rooms. Yes I said rooms, the first room we got had the smoke detector going off so we had to switch rooms. The second room, the beds were both covered in hair that did not belong to us. Unacceptable! The location of the hotel is next to a bar that has cars racing up and down at all times of the night and we were in the very back portion of the hotel. I can only imagine how loud it was for the other people staying there. All in all I’d give it a 2 star rating"
