“Everything was acceptable about the inside of property. Warm and cosy in a very wet February. Lovely shower. Comfy bed. I would have liked curtains in the bedroom to feel more private as blinds had gaps in and a hole where you could see through. No dish scrubber but a cloth. Outside paddock not accessible was the only downside. Dog needed a run. Close to many places so location ideal. We visited carw caslte tenby and saundersfoot. “The property was In a nice quiet location. Our room was spotless and nice decor. Tracy and Richard were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really nice and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this guest house and we will definitely be back. Thank you Tracy and Richard x”

“Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.”

Property fairly newly renovated, but lots of snagging required throughout the room, attention to detail needs refining (shower screen soiled with water marks, tap/shelf loose fittings, sealant coming away around the bathroom/bedroom, paint chips/marks over walls need touching up, balcony outside had soiled decking and furniture and faux plant/pots broken, wonky. “We loved this hotel. THE view from our room was unforgettable. The QR code ordering system on the terrace with its spectacular view is a total turn off though. We couldn't even buy a drink directly from the bar. Makes no sense and they are losimg custom.”
