“Entrada y salida sencilla de la habitación. Más que suficiente para pasar unos días en Xátiva en su casco antiguo. Agradecer al dueño su rápida atención ante algunas dudas.”

“Our room was very clean, quiet, restful and comfortable. The small terrace seating area was perfect for enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. As we only stayed one night we did not use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. The golf course would have been perfect had we been golfers. We did enjoy watching the golfers finish their round from the terrace bar though.”

“El hotel cuenta con un entorno encantador, muy tranquilo y con una vista realmente excepcional, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. No obstante, la calidad del servicio dista mucho de lo que cabría esperar para el nivel de precios que maneja el establecimiento. El personal parece carecer de la formación necesaria, tanto en la recepción como en el servicio en general, lo que se refleja en la atención al cliente y en los pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia en un alojamiento de esta……

“Esta es nuestra segunda estancia en Gomez y nunca nos decepciona. El check in y check out así como el acceso a la habitación sin complicaciones, la habitación y el baño son super amplios, todo super limpio, camas cómodas, el señor Gomez es super amable y diligente. La localización es perfecta.”

“The breakfast, pool, elevators and beds and bathrooms were lovely. Only things to complain about/ worn others is there drain cap was loose and the Wifi was TERRIBLE which was frustrating as it constantly drained my data. The tv dosent have many channels but it wasent a huge issue for us. The staff were easy and helpful however as we were leaving we were told we had to pay for breakfast despite doing it before hand which was an inconvenience.”

“They cleaned my room once. Staff wasn’t really helpful in showing ways to get around the city or seemed knowledgeable about tourist spots. Food was average wasn’t that impressed. Waiter couldn’t have the courage to tell me the day before to pay for a soda that I bought. I wasn’t trying to avoid paying it he was taking to long and I assumed it was gonna be put on my bill at the end of the month. The breakfast costs too much for the little bit of food you get. I don’t think it should be 45 euros……
