“The breakfast was not all I hoped for. The free breakfast is eggs, toast and a meat. Our family has some dietary restrictions and food aversion. The foods my kids can have are not part of the free breakfast. I understand that they can’t cater to everyone but have the freebie be a voucher for a meal equal to the cost of the traditional breakfast. Give people more choices.”

“Booked a family room with a queen, double, and hideaway beds for a party of 5. Ended up with two queens instead, and turns out the hideaway beds were all in use anyway. Asked for extra blankets to set up something for the kids on the floor, but they only had one spare sheet and blanket to offer. Bathroom was also only stocked for 3 people, which felt like an oversight given the room was meant for 5. We managed to sleep fine regardless. Breakfast was decent, though seating was tight with every……

“We had an issue with water leaking into our room during heavy rain. The young maintenance worker was prompt & courteous with trying to get us changed to a new room. However we needed to wait until a new room became avaliable. This was an issue outside of their control. My poor rating is because of the condescending & rude manner in which the maintenance worker was treated by the older front clerk. She was very rude to him until she saw me then was sweet as could be. That has turned me off……

“Housekeeping only showed up once. Roof leaked water and so did the window. Cooling fan sounded like a meat grinder. One water slide didnt work. No jets in the hot tub. A shooting in the parking lot the night we got there. Staff were pretty good otherwise. Food was fantastic! The general upkeep at the hotel was poor. Pool area looks like it belonged in a third world country. I wouldn’t advise staying there. I would advise eating at Bennigans or the Longbranch. Both were exceptional.”
