“I was quite upset as we checked in at 9 pm the night before and parked our vehicle in a designated parking spot. At 7:30 am , 8 am and 8:30 am I’m receiving calls to move my vehicle be cause they were going to do work on the roof. This could’ve been avoided by letting us know where to park the night before. Finally I got up at 8:30am moved my vehicle and went back to the room to try and sleep only to listen to drilling for the next 2 hours. Management didn’t do anything regarding the poor……

“Room was ok. aC worked. No conditioner or lotion provided in the room which was hard to understand as it was two grown women and a teenager with long hair. Breakfast was pretty run of the mill and they did switch up bacon and sausage each day. Stayed 3 nights. Had to request towels and they only provided one facecloth and one hand towel.”

“Staff very good and friendly. room old and bed/bedding substandard. Pillows unuseable (too thick, hard...not condusive to sleep. TV selection and screen poor. Breakfast was OK (not buffet due to a 'pow wow' filling the hotel (their words not mine) and although there appeared no pressure from 6 to 8 am still got cold scrambled eggs (only option). Place needs work.”
