“The room we were assigned on check in was unacceptable! Stains on the couch and carpet. Room had been painted and no drop clothes used so dried paint spots all over the carpet. The base boards were all loosening from the walls. I’m not usually a complainer but I couldn’t stay in that room. The second room was better; still not great, so that was our home for three days. The continental breakfast was sparse but acceptable. On that note, the staff was great. This property is very rough, sad to see……

“Stayed here for baseball provincials. Hotel was very clean with very friendly staff. Pool area and gym were clean and not busy which was great. On site Smitty's was a great option for breakfast tho lots of food options within a 2 block radius.
Beds were a bit soft and flood lights in parking lot kept room light at all hours of night but knowing vehicles were secure was not an issue.
Microwave did not work and room fridge kept items cool not cold.
Overall hotel was great. Stay here……

“Two nights, two fire alarms due to new carpet installation. More prep was needed to avoid alarms. Have thick carpet glue stuck on shoes, as had to exit building. No signs to avoid glue.”

“Room was good except I booked through Expedia for 2 queen beds as no other rooms showed up. When I got there I asked for an accessible room and they had one with a king bed then charged us another $10 which I didn’t think was right. Staff was friendly and we asked for a late check out and they gave us an extra 2 hrs for free which was nice of them. Ended up leaving on time so didn’t need the late check out.”
