Entrance nice but rooms are shabby and in need of a refurb especially the bathrooms We booked too rooms and both were the same standard I also went to have a shower and the soap dispenser was even empty. Not the best sleep either as room was by the lift and could hear people having conversations ...

Royal National Hotel
Clean room. No air conditioning but that's fine in the middle of winter in the UK. Room was facing the courtyard so was very noisy until the pub/restaurant shut
