Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster
The room and hotel were nice, the shower was excellent. Room could have been cleaner I found a used contact lens on the toilet floor and someone had stuck a sticker on one of the walls. Staff are friendly, breakfast is chaotic as others have said. Mainly due to the layout - food is also luke warm. ...

St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London
Suitcase went missing for over an hour, we were in room 452 suitcase was delivered to 752. At Breakfast Sat down to eat,then got up to refill my drink returned to find it had been cleared away, so had to go up to get another breakfast.

Strand Palace Hotel
Very efficiently run hotel in the centre of the city,close to theatre land , the embankment and covent garden. Our only issue was the size of the room, tight for two people!
