Was expecting so much better. First room - shower not cleaned. Second room - water leaked out of shower room. However staff kind, courteous and helpful.

St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London
Taj was doing construction and didn’t notify us until a week before our booking, leaving us with little option. The entire lobby was in construction. Dust everywhere near by. We couldn’t have friends meet us there and it wasn’t the experience we paid for. The managers evaded us the whole time regardless ...

Friendly staff . Position of hotel excellent , convenient for walking out and exploring . Our view from the room was excellent , only downside , furniture could go with makeover and shower would only work out of the hand held attachment not the overhead
