"Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and they went above & beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Rooms a little small and did not have much storage for clothes or anywhere to keep your bags out of the way but it was modern, clean & comfortable. Easy walking distance to Houses of Parliament and London Eye as well as buses & trains. Would recommend."

"It's a very good budget hotel. The facilities are minimal, but very good, new, working well. There's an economic elegance to the design. The location is brilliant. The staff I met were all friendly and helpful. "
