Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from this second floor unit, with full Gulf views from the living room, dining room and both bedrooms. The living room and the master bedroom have brand new sliding doors that open onto a 34 foot long private balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Everything is here for your convenience, just bring your clothes and sunscreen! Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance. The Beachcomber is a non-smoking bulding, including inside the unit and common areas. Smoking is permitted outside, including on the balcony. Terry was very apologetic and accommodating. The unit was exceedingly well stocked, though beach chairs and sun umbrellas in the unit would be helpful. The beaches are very quiet so no problem with social distancing. The weather was fantastic and the water so inviting. Beachcomber has all you need to enjoy your week. There are chairs for the beach, umbrellas for shade, and even floats and sand toys to use during your stay. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the grocery store (right across the street) as we chose to not frequent any restaurants during our stay. We will not return however. A few of the other families (seem to be owners or returning guests) were very rude to our kids (happened more than once) and seem to think their kids were the only ones that should be in the pool. One lady actually told my 10 year old to “get out of the pool” when he was playing the pool game “tips” with our 14 year old.
