The beach is beautiful and the building provides lounge chairs so renters can carry or drag them over a 10 foot patch of grass to the beach. It seems that most condos even provide umbrellas. I had been looking for a place that didn't seem as "touristy" (funny coming from a tourist! Haha!) and I think I found it! May have just been the time of year but the beach wasn't crowded at all and the view couldn't have been any better. Location is great and if you want to get out and see the surrounding area, you won't be disappointed either way you turn out of the drive. But if you want to stay in, also perfect location. Publix and CVS is across the road which made our stay even nicer not having to go far for groceries. Met some really nice people there and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit to Longboat Key and will definitely be back to the Beachcomber! ##### Dana L.
