Even before we arrived the condo, owner, Garey, was very accommodating. He met us upon our arrival. We were glad we had a chance to meet him in person. The condo was exceptionally clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Although the weather was absolutely horrible, the accommodations were exceptional. We especially enjoyed the westward-facing balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The sunset views on the days that were not cloudy. we would definitely recommend this property for those people seeking a relaxing, beautiful and clean place to reside while in the Sarasota/Longboat Key area. There was not an oven. Very few cooking amenities. It is not set up for a long term stay!! He should have never rent the unit for more than a few nights!We could not even have a drink at the pool bar!! He is not a member of the resort. I would never rent from Geary again. He was very inflexible. In fact he was a real jurk. The washer and dryer are a plus and the view and location are unbeatable. There is no access at all to the longboat key club which is a shame since it would be so convenient to be able to use the restaurants instead of having to leave the property. The pool and beach are available to you .but that is all. We have friends in a condo nearby so we spent a lot of time there .
