It is a fabulous unit for families with close easy access from its designated parking location. The location is hard to beat, the pool is lovely, and the walk out to the beach is too easy. As to the specific unit (101), it too was perfect. It had twin beds for our girls and a nice king in the other room. The kitchen is spacious and easy to use. The living areas are nicely finished and comfortable. There is a pass through bar that our girls used most of the time. The nation is nicely secluded to be private but also allow for a super easy walk to and from the beach.
