  • This property in West Looe commands one of the town’s most sought after locations ideally situated within each reach of Hannafore (where you'll find access to the picturesque South West coastal path taking you to Polperro and beyond if you so wish) and only a stones' throw away is East Looe which has a fantastic mix of bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. Enjoy one of the many boat trips which include, fishing expeditions and leisurely glass bottom boat rides out to the glorious nature reserve on Looe Island. Close by is the village of Polperro with its picture postcard harbour and colourful narrow streets. Attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary, The Adrenalin Quarry, Go Karting, Porfell Wildlife Park, The Eden Project and many National Trust properties, making this a perfect place for all the family.

    Accessed via steep steps this fantastic apartment is worth the journey. Enter into the property via a small porch area into the hallway with space to store coats. The kitchen is the first room on the right and is fully equipped and ready to prepare a meal or two with the electric oven and hob or enjoy a morning coffee made with the Nescafe Dolce machine; the kitchen also benefits from a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Moving along the hallway, the first of two bedrooms, a king size, is on your right, opposite the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom is a cosy double with sea views over the harbour. The comfortable lounge area features sea and river views and comfy seating surrounding the Smart TV; the perfect place to kick back and relax after a day exploring Cornwall.

    Outside, down the stairs one level, there is a shared patio area where your own Sandplace labelled table and chairs can be located. Take in the breath-taking panoramic views of the beach and harbour while dining al fresco or relaxing with a good book on a sunny day.

    Sandplace also has the use of a shared laundry room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer, located to the rear of the property access steps, should you require the facilities. Parking can be found in the local public car parks (local charges apply).
