The property we were living at was old and needed lot of repairs and renovations. For example - elevator’s wall needed repairs or renovations. Carpet in the room had pachies, staines and needed new carpet. Washroom- bath tub needed to be replaced, wallpapers pilling off. Tv was very old (lcd tv, not a smart tv) , couch was so old, overall - room was having a distinct smell. The hallway carpet needed replacement. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. The security staff was also friendly and professional, they went above and beyond to help us with room door situation which sensor was bot working and we didnt not hv access to the room for 2 hrs.
