We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available. It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed I hope it gets better because I like the location. Thank you!
