Il vero punto di forza è il personale, giovane e dinamico e incredibilmente attento, disponibile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti totalmente coccolati e al centro dell'attenzione, quasi come se fossimo gli unici ospiti. Non solo non ci hanno fatto mancare niente, ma hanno anche anticipato le nostre esigenze con gesti che fanno la differenza: \* Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in e, sebbene la stanza non fosse ancora pronta, ci hanno permesso di depositare subito le valigie e ci hanno dato la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina e le aree comuni fin da subito, offrendoci un ottimo modo per iniziare il relax. \* Allo stesso modo, il mattino dopo, dopo aver effettuato il check-out, ci hanno concesso di restare in piscina per goderci le ultime ore all'interno dell'hotel prima di partire nel primo pomeriggio. \* Inoltre, ci hanno offerto gratuitamente l'acqua per la camera e, al momento della partenza, ci hanno omaggiato di due bottiglie d'acqua per il viaggio, un pensiero graditissimo per affrontare il caldo. Le personnel est chaleureux, le restaurant est très bon avec des prix corrects et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est convenable (large offre sucrée). Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit qui est en plus proche de Pise (20 minutes en voiture). There was a kitchenette but no utensils, pots or pans. Beautiful views. Lovely staff! Plenty of parking. Has a huge pool with a view to the mountains. The breakfast was nice but could have more variety or fruits and less cakes. Some fresh juices would be nice as well. The place is located uphill and the village nearby did not have any kinds of shops, so be prepared to not have any supermarkets or shops nearby. The food at the restaurant did not taste that much and the portions were quite small.
