When we arrived the room was cold and even with the heating set at 26 degrees, it kept switching off and at no point did it blow hot air, warm at best. When I spoke to reception they said it will warm through eventually - it did by the following morning!!! Breakfast was lovely, but we struggled to find a clean plate, when I mentioned it to the staff we were told it was marks off the hot plate and she then proceeded to go into the kitchen and make derogatory comments about me! Lovely staff and breakfast was fresh, filling and fairly priced. Some minor quibbles like the lack of a shower caddy and the tiny soap dish being half broken, but nothing that hindered my enjoyment of the spotless room. Sockets on the wall were all wonky, tap was very loose had to hold it down when using. Stupid window in bathroom which shines in to bedroom so guarantee to disturb anybody else in the room.Restaurant only serving Pizza and the one I had was very disappointing. The room was nice and clean, BUT the mattress was sunk at the middle and must be replaced. That quite ruined the quality of our sleep. A cracking find in Luton town centre. The hotel is spotless with its quirky but very tasteful decor. The rooms were very comfortable with clean modern decor. The staff were helpful and really friendly. They have a happy hour at the bar between 6 and 7pm, I'm not sure about the other prices but a pint of Amstel is £2\. The food is mainly pizza which was freshly baked and very nice. They have two car parks one of which has about eight spaces outside the reception and a much larger one directly facing the hotel. Neither have height restrictions so great for vans.
