Condo is located close to Kuhio highway, lots of road noise. Checkin process is very confusing, no office staff onsite. Process was not communicated clearly at all. Both TVs/remotes did not work and there was nobody to call or come fix it. Pools are cold and hot tub way too hot. Room was spacious and clean.

The staff was great!
The actual hotel was being remodeled during my stay and the rooms shown on the website were not all up to date. Kauai gets a lot of rain and the hallway ceiling connecting the different buildings were leaking leading to wet carpets. Although it was being renovated, a notice of the current construction, closure of one of the restaurants and condition of the hotel should have been transparent.
