This was our second stay at the property. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend staying here to everybody. Definitely recommend getting a ocean view condo. The view is amazing.

The place we stayed was not cleaned as per our expectations. In addition, the furniture, carpet, bedding, kitchen and bathrooms need an upgrade (they are worn down). Ocean views and surrounding area was a plus.

The best part of this resort is the location. It is close to airport, close to Safeway, close to ABC store and some shopping plazas. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes, and it is a nice, clean and not crowded beach. you can watch sunrise there. it has full kitchen so you can just buy stuff from Safeway and cook your own meal. Just the units of this resort is individually owned. even it says newly renovated it might not applied to all unites or everything in the unit. the one we stayed in, there's no curtain/blind on the kitchen window, so whoever walk by can see the kitchen and dinning area. the blinds in bedroom are old, the cloths behind the blind is old too, and one window has a longer piece, the other one has a shorter one. We didn't realize the unit had a TV with broken screen and a broken leg on the day we arrived. we reported to the front office on the next morning, which was replaced on the day after. Rooster is the king of the island is not a joke. you will see quite a bit of chickens walking around the property. you better feed them if you sit outside to eat on the first floor, otherwise they will come for your food. If you don't mind hearing rooster's crow in the earning morning, then you can give this place a try.

Loved the experience. Close to the brach. Easy parking. Nice furnishings. Good wifi. Friendly staff. Good pool and BBQ. Check in was a nightmare, though. We couldn't get in. Flight was delayed and office closed when we arrived. No instructions as to how to find a key. Made some calls at around 1am and finally a sleepy voice told us there is a lockbox at the office and gave us the code. Wrong key inside! More phone calls. We were about to sleep on the lanai when a sleepy security guy came over with the right key. 3am. Only other problems were dishwasher. Didn't work. TV hopeless until staff changed batteries on one of the remotes. No proper instruction as to which remote might work. Wasn't a problem cos we weren't there to watch TV

Bad service, there was no front desk or service staff half of the time during normal business hours. Hard time with opening roll over bed and had to call security to help with it as front desk and staff was not present. Had to wait 2 days to get extra blanket. Worst Hawaii stay ever. Unit itself was good condition

The location was great. A five minute walk from the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants. The condo that we stayed was big but the furniture was old. The bedding was very old and warned out, the same with the rugs in the condo.
