“We booked this last minute and, given the price, I wasn’t expecting much—but I was genuinely surprised at how great our stay turned out to be. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the very good WiFi included in the price was a big bonus. The onsite restaurant served delicious, reasonably priced food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also have to mention the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay……

“This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot……

“Very good weekend away was somewhat spoiled by noisy neighbour above our bedroom banging around for an hour at midnight and again at 4.30am. Otherwise very good indeed.”

“The Annexe was in a good location within the ground and well equipped with all in good working order. The outdoor games area was well maintained, the indoor games room was equipped with table tennis, table football and a pool table which had all the balls for both pool and snooker. The pool table was in need of some TLC but had four or five cues a rest and chalk. The swimming pool was vary good with a large pool and hot tub. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom of the accommodation were……

“Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV. Got a bit of neck ache. ( Especially if 3……

“We traveled with a teenager and my mum, so having three double bedrooms in the centre of town was very helpful. And we could all watch what we wanted with all the tvs in the apartment. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen. A bread bin or somewhere to store food would be helpful as we had to store everything on the countertops. It was lovely and warm. And the beds were all super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs in the property, which it may help to advertise as my mum has……
