“We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. "El complejo está bien; solo que si quieres pasear por la ciudad está lejos y a veces es difícil conseguir taxis; de noche está oscuro llegar a las cabañas; pero mi mayor decepción ocurrió al ver que mi terraza no daba a los arrozales sino a unos árboles. Yo sacrifiqué la cercanía con la ciudad por tener las terrazas de arroz en mi balcón y no sucedió eso. Recomiendo mejor asegurar cuarto con vista a terrazas dentro de la ciudad así tienes todo a la mano. La piscina excelente !! "
