“The chalet was lovely and clean upon arrival. Fresh smelling bedding and super comfy beds! The chalet is well equipped and has plenty of kitchen ware to use. The outdoor seating area was perfect and just catches the morning sunshine to have a nice cup of tea in. Location was very peaceful and a short 8 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Would 100% stay again. Super place! ”

“The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront.”

“Nice property, conveniently located to the town. It’s not the largest of properties but it was perfect for myself and my 3 sons. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed with a sprung mattress. Quiet location. Facilities in the chalet was good. Sky TV for in between beach trips. Would stay again. ”

“When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. Other than that they were very accommodating and even offered us a two bed they had available as there were 4 of us which was really nice of them. Chalet was……

“AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. “This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. “One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out.
Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. “The lodge was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Barbara and Luke were excellent hosts. Fished the small lake as Luke said it was rarely fished. Caught bream up to 6lb on luncheon meat. Enjoyed some nice walks in the area.”

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby.……
