This property was absolutely stunning and charming! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend! Beautiful courtyard and flowers, cozy fire pit with s'more's! Staff was very accommodating and loved the porter service for our luggage to and from the ferry!

We loved our stay. Nightly fire pits, sitting on the porch, at the lower level with rockers, or at the side yard, we had so many places to relax, chill, people watch, and read a book! Comfortable beds with plush bedding, a nice continental breakfast, and good coffee...what else could you ask for! Beautiful hotel with all the charm we were looking for!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Our room had a wonderful view of the harbor. The decor was delightful and felt like a real get-a-way. Breakfast was excellent with very good choices.

What a beautiful inn for our two day visit to the island. Our room was lovely. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony. Pedals Grill was a great place for a quick meal. Our breakfast was a relaxing way to start the day. We highly recommend Harbor View Inn.

Staff were incredibly friendly, from the desk to the housekeepers. Hotel is beautiful, bathroom was almost bigger than the bedroom- we were in an attic room, but the view was spectacular!!! Stairs, however, are no joke. Breakfast was fresh and well appointed 😊

This hotel and our queen room with balcony (garden view) exceeded my expectations. Room size was small but sufficient and beautifully decorated, and the patio looked out onto a beautifully manicured garden. Loved the location as it was far enough from the Main Street noise, but close enough to walk there. The continental breakfast was plenty to start our day. We also appreciated the baggage service to get our luggage from the dock into our room. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and our room was freshened up both days we stayed there. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Harbor View Inn is beautiful inside and out. The main rooms of the original house are richly decorated and also have fireplaces. One section of the wall is exposed with the original hand hewn logs. We found the hotel rooms to be a really nice size and also redecorated with a great balcony. The landscape architect truly outdid themselves with the stone retaining walls, abundant flowers and uplit trees. I could not stop taking floral pictures. Best of all we found all of the staff and the concierges to be super knowledgeable and very helpful.Also the continental breakfast was a great way to start our day. We travel to Mackinac Island almost every year and we look forward to returning to Harbor View Inn.

We liked that we could rent bicycles from the property. Breakfast was basic but convenient. Coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, cheese, cereal, yogurt. Room was a little warm but very nice and updated, clean. Bed was comfortable and lots of comfy pillows. The black out curtains were amazing.
