"I came to the area for the first time, meeting friends who were here for a couple of months with their horses. Tammy met me at the house. It’s simple but nicely decorated. I had everything I needed. I had a small plumbing issue when the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain (it’s an old house) but Tammy and Jim were super responsive and got it taken care of quickly. I loved the privacy and setting. Beautiful area."

"We had a wonderful Easter weekend on the ranch! Tammy was awesome in meeting us upon arrival and letting our doggos join in on the fun. The property is so cool! Every day we wandered the ranch and felt like real locals!"

"We were comfortable here. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt safe. The thermostat is quirky but the AC works great if you stay on top of the thermostat. The pool was too cold to swim. The TV/Remote had no instructions or service or antenna. You have to use your own streaming service if you want to watch TV. We did miss having access to news and local channels. "Linda was great! Her communications were proactive and very considerate. The place was immaculate. Great design and use of the space. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!"
