"Not happy with hotel"

"This was a great hotel- it was clean and modern and had a very cool retro vibe. We felt the rooms we quite snug, but sufficient for a few days. I think if we had stayed for more than two nights it would have been tough to deal with the small space. The pool was great, but not heated ( quite cold!) and the food / drinks were pricey. Overall, for us, it was worth the cost for the great location and funky feel"

"No, cause I never booked a stay there, and I cancelled and you wouldn't give me a refund. Cause someone used my phone without my authorization and booked a non-refundable room. I never used the room and canceled before check in. Don't know if someone fraudulently used it, but you won't even check. Don't know what the room number was. But I want a refund "

"Yes, the pets were welcomed although I don't think they warranted an extra $25 each for the night. I did appreciate the call shortly after we arrived in our room to see if we had everything we needed."

"This motel/hotel is fun to visit and the oatmeal bar is great. The online advertising talks about available menu items but during my stay it was hit and miss whether they have ingredients to make them. Local wines and beer are available always. Good value for the price."
