“I just loved this place. Felt like visiting family on a remote beach. 180 deg. out from all inclusive corporate places. My hut room was spacious, restaurant was real good. Staff super friendly. Plus got warm welcome from the owners dogs who watch over things. If you’re looking for upscale fifth Avenue luxury Hotels this is not it if you wanna get out in nature and kind of feel like you’re camping in a way and just getting away from everything then this is the place. The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. “I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous. Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to……

“I don't recommend people to stay in that apartment, the manager is so disrespectful he's not professional he can tell the customer what he feels like, he was forcing me to pay for taxi that I didn't see at the airport he even threatened to call the police on me for sure I felt uncomfortable and unsafe as well ”
