“Wonderful place to stay in Kerikeri - ideally located near the historic end of town in close proximity to lovely walking tracks, sites of interest, and the plough and feather (a lovely gastropub). Beautiful property that makes you feel like you are up in the trees with tūī flitting outside the window and lovely views over the bush valley. Only about 4 rooms in the lodge, and while your room alone has everything you need, you also have shared access to an airy modern lounge, dining and full……
“IN all it was a great place to stay and we will continue to stay there in future.
The grounds are in a bad way as all the trees have been cut down and there is no woodlands on the their outlook views. They have also removed all the undergrowth on their property leaving the driveway bare. Until this is redone the outlook on approach is not nice.”
“Great spot, great host that second visit there has always been delightful to stay at so happy to make this a permanent spot for when I need to travel north and spend the night. Neighbouring restaurant was a bit of a let down sadly.”
