“Friendly staff at the front desk and bar! They stayed late for us to check in and gave great local recommendations at the bar! Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower! “We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. Even the winding, adventure-filled drive there makes the arrival feel earned. The food was another major highlight with fresh, healthy breakfasts……

Oceanfront rooms have unobstructed views of the best beach in the area with the property directly across the street from the beach. The street has little traffic / road noise (not a concern). Quick (< 5 minute) walk to main shopping area and restaurants, but a world away from the hustle and bustle. Better than average included breakfast buffet. Use of well-padded, comfortable beach loungers and……

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……

“Amazing stay! Staff were so nice! We did a lot around the area so did not really stay much during the day but the staff still made the most effort to create a genuine connection with us and made us coffees to go for our day trips every morning!! The room was also so spacious and cleaned daily!!”

“This is a lovely Hotel apartment complex right on the beach, close to the restaurants and several supermarkets nearby. The rooms are lovely and kept very clean. The owners are very helpful and will always supply any additional items if you are missing anything. Sunbeds are now 10 Euros for 2 incl umbrella but this is standard across the resort. Bar service to your sunbed on the beach is included. The beach is great and there is a shallow decent into the sea so great for small children. All in……

“absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! If they had a pool area near jacuzzi it would be absolutely top notch! What a great gem to stumble upon! Staff exceptionally friendly and they actually knew they were a VIP access hotel. Most don’t or don’t care!……
