"My stay was a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy life. I had stressful family business in Dallas (not far away) that had to be done but all my burdens seemed to melt away when I returned to Mallard's Mist. It's easy to unwind when you pull in the drive and there is a beautiful heard of deer. "

"We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful cozy home and loved it, very clean. Kitchen and every room was just beautiful. Family that came by to see us that live in the area were also very impressed. Very nice furniture.Home had an enclosed back yard and porch which was perfect for our family gatherings. Check in was easy. No problems getting in touch with the host. Also let us bring our two small pups for a small fee ( every where else was double). Overall our stay was great and highly recommend thus property/house."

"The bed was comfortable, the room was nice.. I did however see a roach… just one … but letting you know so pest control can get rid of any there… food places were nearby and that was nice.. I had just went through day surgery and wouldn’t have wanted to go across town for food "

"We had a fantastic stay at this lake house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated—like something out of a professionally designed magazine—and exactly as pictured in the listing. It offered plenty of space for our family, and the kitchen was especially well-equipped with everything we needed.The location was perfect: quiet, scenic, and ideal for relaxing. We loved watching the stunning sunsets from the back patio and spent a lot of time fishing off the dock. The house was also conveniently located near the dam on Cedar Creek Lake, which made it perfect for surfing.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. "
