“其實酒店房間很好，基本上沒有唔好既地方！ 但一到步check in 的時候，突然停電，等左一陣就回復正常。 點知我地出左去一陣回來，在大堂的時候，職員告知停電，要等兩個鐘才有電，房間沒有冷氣。好彩的是，房間還有冷氣的餘溫，未至於感覺熱，但所有電器用品，我地都不能充電。 我地等了兩個鐘，都還未有電，但好彩夜晚食完晚飯返黎，就有返電了。 ”

“Location is good. It will be excellent if the room can be renovated. And the bed is too soft. However staff are helpful. ”

“I must rate this hotel at 5 stars. Although some facilities are a bit old, all of them are well maintained. The location is perfect and close to many tourists spots. Last but not least, their cat Leo is the best cat in Penang.”

“Very Chinese style hotel, staff are kind and helpful. Room are spacious with own access to the garden and pool. Every night has complimentary Malaysian desserts. Lovely leaves with comfort wordings written. Breakfast has several choices. Good in taste. Bathroom is relatively smaller with water drop from root right above the toilet area (Sinkeh room).”

“因升降機會發出嘈音，千萬不要接受01號的房間，除非你需嘈音才睡到。 因嘈音而睡不著，影響精神。要求調房間，因房滿而於第二晚才可換，但冷氣又不凍，又弄一段時間才可睡。 早餐選擇頗多和豐富，要給贊。 清晨5時多到機場，無Grab回應，問Reception可否幫忙叫車，又是無辦法。”

“Dishonest hotel - it's our fault for accidentally leaving money (in red packet for CNY) in the room, but it is really disappointing that the staff denied everything without further investigation. We are 100% sure that we left the red packet in the room, our Malaysian friend helped to call multiple times, however the reception claimed that they did not find anything in the room which is totally nonsense. Please consider twice if you wish to stay in the hotel with such dishonest behavior.”
