“WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”

“I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same……

“Sehr sauber, sehr leckeres Essen, wunderschöner Strand (an einigen Abschnitten steinig, aber es gibt auch Abschnitte wo es nur sandig ist, man sollte am Strand einwenig schauen wo es am besten ist reinzugehen). Einfach und schnell mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel (ca 25EUR). Sehr nett am CheckIn Schalter als auch auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände (Restaurant, Bar etc) und viele Deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. “Het hotel is onlangs gerenoveerd en ziet er prima uit. Kamers zijn keurig en smaakvol ingericht. Douche leidt een beetje een eigen leven, gaat van hard naar zacht en valt af en toe uit, maar was voor de rest prima. Buffet restaurant voor ontbijt lunch en avondeten is prima, al vonden wij het na een week wel wat eentonig worden. A la Carte eten konden/mochten wij maar 1x ipv 2x dit kwam door personeelstekort in het naseizoen. Kaart was daardoor ook beperkt, maar heerlijk gegeten. Drank bij A la……
