Breakfast was Continental Cool and Great! Since animals are allowed please use carpet fresh in the hallways on every floor to keep it smelling fresh everywhere. Enjoyed the stay.

The front desk has a sign "Positive vibes" and it sums up the hotel atmosphere. The front desk people are super nice and the room was relaxing.

Overpriced, musty hotel with unhelpful staff

Moist, musty, and dingy hotel who jacked their prices up to ridiculous amount because of football game in town. It was decently clean but staff was very short and not informative when asked simple questions. For $250 for one night my family and I will never stay there again. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

The staff are so sweet here. I was stranded in Manhattan for 4 days and stayed here for 2 of the days. The room was clean and pretty quiet. The only downside was the key reader didn't work to my room so I had to have staff let me in every time I had left. The location is fantastic. Walkable to so many things and very safe.

Cheap spot, obviously very old and in desperate need of some new furnishings. I came for work, and trying to work in the room was a no go because the desk was so lousy and the chair was broken. Staff were nice. Breakfast was bad; continental meant bread, Cheerios and a waffle maker; no pastries or any variety any of the days I was there.

When checking in I felt awkward and strange. On the map the location looks great but pulling in, the building is run down and doesn’t feel safe. We were dropping our suitcases off and heading out for the day and at first glance the room seemed clean and air conditioning worked but the rest of the property was dirty and smelled horrible. I had an uneasy feeling that never went away. Upon return, we checked out and found a different place to stay for the night.
