We have stayed here a few times. One of my favorite features out of all things is the parking lot. I have had to have a cargo trailer and they have easy access in and out of the property. I also enjoy the location to the downtown area which is an easy walk for dining and shopping.

My student attends Kansas State so I have stayed at the hotel probably 5 times now. I’ve always found the staff to be very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is very accessible and well located. It’s near restaurants and very easy to get in and out of has lots of parking without the hassle of a parking garage. The only issue I had with the hotel this trip was the Internet dropping fairly frequently during my two days stay. Supposedly it was fixed by the time we left and was due to an issue with their phone system.

The two staff members I spoke to were both extraordinarily friendly and nice. That just really set this place apart among other nearby hotels that are similar, so I will go back. I've stayed several places in this town over the years, and this is my favorite so far. Parking is easy, and the location is walking distance of a street full of restaurants and a fabulous bakery, Radina's Bakehouse.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was good. Breakfast was OK and included. Prefer bacon over anemic sausage. Only had sausage. AC unit in ceiling of breakfast area was way too noisy. Ambiance was poor as a result.

The air conditioning unit was leaking all over the the carpet so a large area was soaking wet. We informed several front desk people over the course of three days and no one seemed concerned about the wet carpet and the fact the room reeked of mildew (like wet, musty basement). We also had zero toilet paper and never saw housekeeping the entire three days and two nights we were there. I did go to the front desk for toilet tissue after the first night and the front desk person was very nice and incredibly apologetic about that (still glanced over the wet carpet like it wasn’t a big deal). One lamp in the room didn’t work and there was no mat for the bathroom floor (and the shower door leaked water out badly from the shower head that had VERY hard water pressure. Paid a ridiculous high price for this room for the weekend and it was not worth it in the least. Breakfast was nice though and the bed was comfortable. So there’s that.
