“Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existent -- only 1 lonely banana and a few apples. Cereal and milk, no yogurt, no pastries -- just packaged……

“One of the servers couldn’t get the right bill to me at dinner. If I didn’t ask for a printed receipt, I would have paid $80 more than my real bill totaled. Other than that, everything was E X C E L L E N T……..”
