Fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, and Keurig coffee pot. Newly built covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Large side yard that offers privacy and is shaded. This sweet little house is a perfect spot for a weekend trip. Very clean and nice decor. Beds were very comfy. Communication with owner was great. Lots of things to do nearby yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

Like a home away from home. . Only better!
The listing for this rental is 100% accurate and actually doesn't do it full justice. Home was clean, well decorated, welcoming and perfect for people and pets. Neighborhood really is quiet - love Bruce, the cat across the street who could care less about the dogs (lovely neighbors by the way). You will NOT regret this rental. You WILL put it on your list to visit again.

The home was in a good location not far from shops and restaurants in downtown Marietta. It was the perfect size for 5 adults and a toddler. It really was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. We would stay again!
