“This place is grossly overpriced! There's clearly a large moisture issue at the hotel. The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog + mildew + mold. They had to downsize us because they said the same room type will have the same smell. So we downsized and the room we stayed in didn't have that strong smell but it still smelled like mildew/mold. When I looked at the A/C unit, you can see mold specs growing on it and the wall around it had dark water stains. Our pillows and towels felt moist.……

“I don't think it was worth the $158 I paid. Our room wasnt the cleanest. We didn't shower and decided to drive the 1.5 hr home, to just shower at home. The bathroom floor had black hair on it, there was a dust/dirt ball in the shower. There was no soap at the sink. And there was black hair in the bed. The breakfast was good, we didn't have any interaction with staff other then a short friendly chat with the night time attended at check in. I would be willing to give it one more try if we stay in……

“I called AmeriVu the day before my arrival to verify how to use my Expedia credit. Staff instructed me not to do anything online ahead of time. They told me they would apply my Expedia credit during check-in. When i arrived the staff told me they could not apply my credit. So i had to pay full price with my own funds. Also breakfast was only cereal, bread, muffins, bagels, juice, coffee, milk. Not even donuts!”
