“Very comfortable bed and nice sheets. Very nice woman at reception changed my room to first floor, which I had requested. Sink did not drain well. Room was cleaned every day. A bit noisy outside of my room in the evening. Basically, I would recommend this motel.”

“A/c unit could use an update, heater vents need to be clean because there was alot of stain on there from food, even saw a few noodle strain.”

“They were very helpful. They let us park our car there even after we checked out so we could take a 3 hour cruise to the Apostle Islands. Parking is at a premium around the docks. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.”

“There's a reason Blackhawk is the top rated hotel in the Dells. The cleanliness felt on a different level - like, not institutionally cleaned, more like grandma cleaned. The pool was great. The kids had a lot of fun.”

“Nothing. Place smelt like cigarettes. Very dirty and gross.”

“Staff is responsive to all requests. The primary lady who runs the hotel is always available.”

“Always love staying here when we come down for basketball tournaments. Outdoor pool and fun for the kids and conveniently located.”

“The room was clean and AC worked great. The only downside was in the particular room I was in, I could not turn the water handle to take a shower. I would definitely return. Can't beat the price.”
