“staff人很好，很乾脆讓我們提早check-in，房間舒適乾淨，有廚房廚具可以自己動手（所以沒有附早餐）。有Wi-Fi，更好的是有免費洗衣服務，直接將衣服交給他們，會洗好烘乾摺好送來房間。熱水很熱。 走7-8分鐘會到車站，算是方便的站，隔2站就到2線交接，到大教堂也不用坐很久（約15分鐘metro）。 飯店附近有家樂福可以買東西。 推薦！”

“Checking in was a little complicated due to poor service—- had to wait outside a bit for everything to process. Very convenient luggage room. Room was perfect. Very clean. The AC’s were phenomenal! Close to great meal options.”

“For us, the location was superb and the room had everything we needed for a non-cooking couple who travel light. It's a little spartan but I'd stay again. Close to metro and walking distance to the Duomo and museums. The Missouri plaza is nearby for all needs including "The Roof" at the Hotel Cavalieri for cocktails. Mama Eats and Vino Vino are just down the street in Piazza Sant Alessandro and a short walk away is a market and Farma.”

“Everything was fab and as described. Loads of room. We wanted for nothing, it was like home from home but in the sun :) It is a bit out of the centre, but transport was quick and easy once you get the hang of it. Enrico was a 5 star host. Top tip : Take a credit card and just tap it on the bus or at the barrier on the metro, but ALWAYS remember to tap it also as you leave the bus or metro. One credit card per traveller. It's cheap and easy. We would 100% recommend the apartment and host. ”

“Communication was excellent before and during check-in, with very helpful suggestions on travel to the apt. And the location is perfect for hitting major attractions by foot or public transit. The only meaningful complaint is that while all the key elements are present, this is very much a budget furnishing choice, so the comfort level and functional piece reflects that. “It was a bit difficult to find the property, maybe a bit more detail ahead of time of how to find the property, would make it easier. Staff was friendly, which I appreciated. And the location was great. Not ideal for a light sleeper, because the sound of trains is almost nonstop, although they give you earplugs, but still, it's a lot of noise for a light sleeper. The only thing that was not comfortable for me specifically, was that the AC would not catch up to the selected set room temperature,……
