Concernant la chambre ( n°4 annexe) c’est correct, il serait judicieux d’installer une tringle dans le rangement et quelques porte-manteaux supplémentaires. La douche mériterait une robinet thermostatique, ce qui faciliterait le réglage de la température et économiserait beaucoup d’eau. Nous avons par contre rencontré des problèmes avec les transporteurs pour le transfert Riad-aéroport, à l’aller 40 mn d’attente et pas à l’endroit prévu. Et pour le retour, nous avons été obligé de trouver un autre transporteur car le soir aucune nouvelle à 21h du transporteur prévu. Down an alleyway, close to the main square. Great location. And the Riad design is very attractive when you first go in. From then it kind of slid downhill. Our room, on the second floor, I am pretty certain that this was formerly an office. No windows to the outside. It was an odd shape. Bed frame was put into the space and you practically have to parkour the bed to ge to the other side of the room. The corner of the bed is 4 inches from the wall. The lamp on one side of the bed I went to touch it and I get electrocuted. The safe was broken. We were promised this would be fixed. Nope. The door handle to the room fell off and it took a solid day to get it fixed. Lastly we wanted to make a reservation to do a tour. When we talked to the staff they said we were confirmed. Good thing we checked later with the new staff member because they said we were not confirmed and the reservation was never placed. They have good security measures as well, not that you really need it. Most of the country has an honor code and treat visitors with a ton of respect. The Riad itself is tucked down a long and narrow corridor, which was nice since it helps with being away from the noise of the markets. Alles top und empfehlenswert. Leider hat uns die Lage nicht zu 100% überzeugt. Man muss eine lange Gasse (die nicht sehr einladend wirkt) ganz bist zum Ende durch. Dann waren wir noch im Nebenhaus des Hotels untergebracht wofür wir nochmal eine Ecke rum und eine weitere Gasse durchlaufen mussten. Posizione ottima per visitare la cittá a piedi. Colazione buona e sono stati molto disponibili a farci la colazione d’asporto per una giornata in cui partecipavamo ad un escursione con partenza molto presto. Wasn't sure what to expect having read previous reviews but arrived late at night to a lovely welcome (desk staffed 24/7). We shared a twin room which was fairly basic but clean, cool and with quiet air conditioning it was all we needed. Shower room clean and water pressure great. We had no hot water at first but as soon as we raised this it got fixed. We asked for a hairdryer and had it for our stay. Front desk couldn't be more helpful. Full breakfast everyday with lovely waiting staff, especially Sophian, who would do anything for you. All staff very kind and helpful. Riad was close to amenities - great location - yet no sense of noise or hassle and bussle, lovely and peaceful.
