“Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et avons passé un bon séjour à la Spezia. Le logement est situé à 20/25 min de la gare, et 35/40 min du port à pied, à 5 min d'une supérette. Le logement est propre et composé de 2 salles d'eau, ce qui présente un bel avantage. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Renata. Renata s'est montrée souriante et accueillante, et un plus non négligeable, elle parle français. Elle nous a très bien présenté son logement, les environs et les restaurants. “Hier passt Preis und Leistung. Es ist puristisch eingerichtet, aber alles, was man braucht, ist im Haus vorhanden. Das Haus besticht durch die Lage: Bombastische Aussicht und das mittelalterliche Dorf sind unglaublich! Der Vermieter kam am letzten Abend vorbei und wir haben uns trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen köstlich amüsiert. Ein sehr freundlicher Mensch und ein tolles, sehr einfaches Haus, so wie man es von einer mittelalterlichen Anlage erwartet.”

“This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk……

“Trés bien située pour explorer les cinq terres et la région de Lerrici. Anna Lisa est vraiment exceptionnelle : gentillesse et disponible. C'est une magnifique maison ou il fait bon vivre à l'italienne. Le bémol est de dire que la piscine fait 5m sur 3m, je pense qu'elle est bien plus petite.Cela vient de l'annonce (pas d'anna lisa).”

“This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. Mariella was great at communicating through WhatsApp and met us and lead us all the way to the cottage- which is necessary because google maps won’t get……

“We celebrated our wedding here over 5 days with 27 family and friends and we had the most amazing experience. The place is spectacular! It is more beautiful than the pictures can show. Plenty of space for a large group that we never felt on top of each other. Area has many places to explore but you may also not want to leave the beautiful villa! The owners were incredible and celebrated with us throughout the weekend as well. The food cooked by the owners and their team was also amazing.……

“Fosca et sa famille nous ont réservé un accueil formidable. Fosca est une dame très attachante qui s'occupe parfaitement de ses invités. La maison est très jolie, très bien décorée, propre et fonctionnelle. Je suis venu pour la troisième fois et je pense que je viendrai une quatrième fois avec grand plaisir. “Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. A very comfortable apartment to return to and spend time in... it's a great location in Aquilea. Supermarket close by... and a ' negozio alimentari' and bar in Aquilea ( unfortunately the owners went on holiday the day I arrived, so cannot comment further ).
